How Pricing Works
Mobile Notary:
Travel fee + notarial fees + any approved add-on services
Remote Online Notarization:
Base session fee + any additional notarial acts, or corrections if needed
Apostille Services:
Service tier price based on turnaround + additional document fees when applicable
Mobile Notary Services
In-person notarization at your location in Washington County and surrounding areas.
I travel to homes, offices, hospitals, care facilities, retirement communities, correctional facilities, coffee shops, and other agreed locations throughout Washington County and beyond.
Services include, but are not limited to: acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, copy certifications where permitted, and witness services when eligible.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)
Sign from anywhere — no travel required
Complete your notarization over a secure, live video call. Available to clients across the U.S. and internationally. Same legal standing as an in-person notarization — faster and more convenient.
What you need: a device with a camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a valid government-issued photo ID. We send you the session link after booking.
Starting from $25
Includes a 30-minute session. Additional notarial acts, and missing certificate fees may apply. No travel fee for RON appointments.

Pricing above applies to standard Hague apostille processing. Non-Hague authentication and embassy legalization are available — contact us for a custom quote as fees vary by destination country and document type.
VIP service requires advance confirmation — please contact us before booking to confirm your timeline. The Oregon Secretary of State fee per document is included in all apostille tier prices.
Pricing for notary appointments is dependent on the type of appointment, how many and what type(s) of document(s) you have, and whether you need a witness or other special services.
